Vacuum Forming
At Plas Tech, we specialise in the production of high-quality vacuum-formed products with our state-of-the-art equipment, machinery and expertise. We operate a -24 hour work week Monday to Thursday with a full 36-hour shift on the weekends ensuring we meet your business demands.
We currently have vacuum forming machines capable of moulding up to 2.4m x 1.4m and can cater for a variety of applications from low-to-high-volume production. Our vacuum forming service is suitable for several industries including, but not limited to, automotive, agriculture and construction.
In-House Tool Room
Alongside our vacuum forming, we offer a dedicated on-site tool room which houses all of the necessary equipment and machinery to manufacture and maintain tooling. Whether you’re looking for bespoke tooling solutions, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping or just general expert tooling advice, our team are dedicated to offering you the best service.

CNC Trimming
Here at Plas-Tech, we like to think of ourselves as industry leaders, that’s exactly why we use the best industry machinery including our state-of-the-art CNC trimming facilities. In 2022, we invested in three brand new CMS Athena 5-axis CNC machines which has given us the capability to not only run all products across all machines and ensure exceptional precision and repeatability – but can also run with very little downtime during component changes and maximise the production process. Whilst also using CMS as our main CNC partner, we still have tandem bed MAKA CNC machines.
3D Printing
Our 3D printing services provide you with a cost-effective and efficient solution to bring your ideas to life. The cutting-edge printing technology partnered with the experience and expertise of our technicians and engineers ensures we can provide you with prototypes quickly and accurately. We are able to print objects regardless of their complexity as long as it does not exceed the maximum print area of 300mm x 300mm.
