Following a dramatic change to their supplier base, our customer gave us only seven days’ notice to develop, design and put into production a full range of shower cubicles, ensuring they would meet the tight tolerances demanded.

Working nights and weekends, 3D models were produced and tooling was cut in our 5 axis CNC Machining Centre. Production staff were trained, prototypes were made, then approved before full production delivery was achieved without interruption to the customer’s assembly line.
